I'm starting to look at a new laptop to replace my Macbook Pro. I'm considering the new 16" MBP, but I'm a bit annoyed with Apple right now so I'm considering a Windows machine. I somehow ended up looking at gaming laptops and I wondered if they would make good laptops for imaging? Since they excel at graphics I thought they might be good for crunching big image files?
Here is the one I recently looked at:

Thanks for the help!
Scott

P.S. I have no intention of playing games on it.

For get about the label which is just a marketing gimmick. Important thing is if the computer can do what you want.

My recommendation for Apple quality laptop computers in the Windows world are Razer computers.

That looks like a very nice machine. I went with this. https://www.falcon-nw.com/laptops/tlx/design

The one downside is the battery life. The upside is that it's a speed demon compared to my MBP (mid 2015).
