Has anyone else experienced downloading problems with the latest version of Creative Cloud? At first I thought it was slow wifi but I moved the computer to another room and have it connected directly wired to my internet connection.  I have been trying for 2 days to download the latest version of Photoshop but it keeps failing to download.  It has been running for 30 minutes hardwired and is only showing 15%.  Adobe's answer is to check the internet connection or my firewall settings which are not the problem.
