Hi, does anyone have experience with the NEC PA271Q Monitor? Any other recommendations for a non-4K 27in Monitor?

Thanks. Joerg

My new Dell 2716D-1 which I just bought seems to be really good. It 100% Adobe plus other specs for color correctness & can be had for a good price since it isn't 4k but 2500x1440 so older program fonts are still readable.

When my NEC lost the ability to calibrate I bought a BenQ 30 in for less than a new NEC and have been very happy for past year.

Here is a link to an article by a respected photographic company that I deal with in Australia. In summary, how NEC deal with dead pixels means they are no longer recommended. They also have a lot of information about monitors on their site.

I am also in the market for a 27" monitor and will get either the BenQ PV270 or the Eizo CS2731

Cheers

Thanks. Did you consider the PA271Q in your purchase decision? If yes, why did you decide against it?

Best. Jörg

Thanks. Very interesting link. And disappointing about NEC!

Yeah, some of the Eizos are on my radar as well...

Yeah, I know of someone else whose BenQ monitor developed problems... So, he advised against it.
