I put off upgrading to version 12 because the only new feature I was interested in - luminosity masks - didn't seem to justify the steep price for upgrading. But since it now comes with a 50% discount, I am getting interested. For that reason I would like to know what other worthy improvements C1 12 offers over C1 11.

I appreciate those who already upgraded sharing their experience.

I am registered with Capture one and they e-mailed me a notice that there is a 50% discount for the upgrade right now.

If you're not registered with them, try going to their website and see if it's available for everybody.
