I have been using PK Sharpener for many years and been quite happy with it.  However, i learned that it is no longer being updated for various reasons.  While I am happy with it and it can still be used successfully, I have been looking to explore more modern alternatives.  How does Topaz Detail stack up.  It is apparently available in the Topaz Studio suite.  Over the last few months I have learned to love Topaz Ai Clear, so wonder if "Detail" will be as much of a sharpening game changer as Ai Clear as been to noise reduction.

Hi Ed

I have been using Topaz Detail for a couple of years now and think it is great. I can't really say how it compares to most other similar apps, but I have used the Nik Collection and what comes with Photoshop, and like Topaz better.
