Is there a way to lock processed files in Capture One so the settings cannot get changed by accident?
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

I not aware of an ability to lock files to prevent any further changes.
As a fall back you could use a rating color as a means of identifying a file that should not have any additional changes made to it.
Not a lock but at least you would became aware that this is a "locked file".

Thanks for the input.

Colors and stars and whatever else there is to sort files is all used up for other purposes already. Besides, I don't need protection from intentional changes, I need protection from unintended, accidental changes. I currently safe a TIF copy of each file after processing, but I still want to make sure that the set of adjustments to the RAW file doesn't get modified.

I placed that question on the Capture One forum, waiting for an answer.

I would also go on the support section of the Phase One website and put it in as a feature request.
