I recently migrated Photoshop CC 2018 to a new computer.  All is fine except when I use a tool like clone or spot removal I get a white circle around the actual brush circle itself.  This circle fades out, but is often in the way of my seeing exactly what I am doing under it.  It also seems to sometime interfere with the tool actually doing its job.  When this occurs I must apply the tool a few times for it to take effect.  I mostly use a Wacom Tablet but this also seems to occur if I use the mouse, but less frequently.

I have looked at all the PS preferences and tablet and pen preferences and have not found an option to turn off the circle.  Any suggestions will be most appreciated.
