The resolution on the Microsoft Surface Book 2 15inch laptop I use is 3240 x 2160; the Nik collection selective tool is rendered so small, you can't even see the X to turn it off.   The resolution on the Eizo CG227 monitor that I use for image processing is 2560 x 1440;  the Nik Collection font is small but readable, so still usable, with Photoshop CC2019.
