I recently got a new computer and uploaded Windows 10 operating system as I was told at the store I bought the parts from that it won't work with Windows 7.
I'm OK with Windows 10 but I really miss Windows Photo Viewer.
Is there any way to get it back?
This computer never had Windows 7.
Thanks, Karl.

In win 10, enter "windows photo viewer" in the search space on the bottom toolbar and read the options presented and information about it. You may be able to download it, but I am not sure as I did not read all of the information that carefully.

Thanks, E.J. I'll have to see if I would have the courage to do anything to the registry.

I have quite a few things that I had to hack the registry on - it'd not that big of a deal but do keep track of changes so that you can undo them.  The biggest problem i that when MS pushes new major updates on you, you will likely have to edit the registry again, and again.  Taking pictures of the before and after screens with your phone and keeping those is a good way to record the before and after.

Thanks E.J.
I'm afraid to touch the registry so I decided if I really need to use the viewer, than I'll run it on my old computer which still runs on Window 7.
Actually lately I view my files with Breeze Browser on the new computer.
It is not as convenient as Windows File Viewer but not too bad.
Thanks for the help.

Changing the registry is not that big of a deal ;) But BB Pro works well as a fast browser.
