CS6 Bridge won't generate preview images - what's going on?

Check in Bridge - Preferences>File Type Associations and scroll down to Nikon Electronic Format (.nef) is set to Adobe Photoshop CS6.

Thanks Phil. I fixed it - CS6 Bridge wasn't generating preview images because the preferences -> Advanced -> Generate Monitor Size Previews was not checked. All fixed now.
