Hi,

I'm looking to alternatives to Lightroom for DAM as I'm not very happy with the performance when the catalogue grows a bit, even on a well-powered machine.

I know C1 can do this and I'm going to get the trial and give it a spin. Did anyone go this way and found it doable with not too much hassle?

Any other alternative that could handle big catalogues?

I know there is a log of knowledgable people here with greater experience than me, so I'm trying to get some advices :-)
Thanks a lot!

Lorenzo

If you're looking for just a DAM not combined with a conversion/processing software then IMatch may fit your bill. It is a very powerful DAM program but that's all it does. You can check it out here: https://www.photools.com/imatch/

Thanks for your suggestion!
It looks very interesting. I'm actually looking for something that can run on iMac, but if it fits the bill I'll get a win machine to run it.
I'm downloading the trial now!
