How can I a talk to a real person at Adobe support?? When I try to contact someone via the web all I get is a bunch of different options, none of which resolves my issues.

There literally is not a worse company in the world, in my experience, than Adobe. Bugs that go unfixed for decades, non-existent customer support, non-CS products that you essentially can not find on their website, broken promises about keeping LR-CS and LR non-CS in sync, etc. I personally can not understand how anybody gives them a single penny of their money anymore let alone every month for the rest of your life.

I've never had a problem with Adobe support. The Tech Support number I have used in the past is: 1-800-642-3623. M-F 6 am to 5 pm PT. As I remember, if you don't get someone right way you can leave a message and they will call you back within a half hour.

Getting Adobe via phone all depends on what product you are calling about. If you're calling about a current CC product you stand a "chance" of getting to talk with someone. If you're calling about an older product you'll never get someone on the phone.

I just called Lightroom, adobe. 800-585-0774. Tried myself to update Lightroom and it failed and I could not use it.
Today I called, in less then 5 minutes the tech signed on my computer, 15 minutes later it's working fine.
Anyone with problems might try this. I am a Mac user, but am sure windows is also just as good support.
I am a self employed person in Florida with NO connection to Lightroom.
