Hi all,

Currently I'm using Canon equipment and Apple computer.
I was searching for a Geotagging program, just to add GPS cordenates to the metadata of my photos, but I'm having some troubles.

Last Friday I downloaded GPSPhotolinker and installed in my MBP. The program runs but, my God !!!!, it doesn't write GPS coordenates on Canon RAW ¿?¿?¿?¿?. I'm suposed to "translate" CRW's to DNG's.

Can any one of you tell me if there is any solution??
Can you recommend me another software ??

Thanks a lot in advance,
Joan Canals

This is the best software I've found for the Mac

http://www.houdah.com/houdahGeo/

I use DNG files. I'm not sure if it works with Canon raw files, but there is a free trial to check.

I've been using HoudahGeo for the last year or so, and it does work just fine with Canon RAW files.

Another vote for HoudahGeo! With the wbt-201 data logger which has bluetooth file transfer there's no wires to hook up making the whole process very easy!

If you are using Lightroom you can drag and drop your files directly into Houdahgeo, tag them and sync them back to LR in no time at all.
