Africa Chapter

Many of us travel to Africa (some may live there). This is a passion of mine (Ask Andy Biggs) that stems back many years. Only in recent times have I been able to get there regularly.
I am happy to moderate it as well....

what's the process?
do we post here and wait years for nothing??
confusion for me.
I still think there's enough photography and discussion for an Africa Chapter......
I am returning there in July . . . .

If someone wants to head up an Africa chapter and maintain a moderator role we can set one up.
