Congratulations! This is the Image of the Week selection for the Photo and Digital Art Gallery, week ending 9th November, 2012!
Image
I pass near this wonderful little road on my way to work sometimes and always mean to stop and take a photograph - finally I remembered the camera, so here it is after some digital-pokery.

A gorgeous image of a very inviting walk Clive -- I like the path winding away in the distance, and especially the glowing green.

I am always intrigued by these type of shots, it is the unknown at the end of the path. Very well rendered Clive!

M Scott Peck would be proud of you! :D

What a lovely scene - I just want to go down that lane and see where it leads!! 8)

Thanks Carol - it was Robert Frost's wasn't it, originally?

Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Love the electric green also, and the arc of the branches over the "less traveled" road.

Oh, so lush! Very inviting, and a beautiful rendition. By the way, Robert Frost is a New England native and one of my favorites, too. I think Peck borrowed the famous phrase for his book.
