Curious if anyone has used/is currently using both Topaz and DXO software to process images and what is your take on which is better, and why?  Also, I have not tried DXO, is it easier or harder to operate than Topaz?  Thanks......

Jan Wegener posted a video about this a while back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCqi6R7S3DU

If memory serves right, the consensus was that Topaz 'smears' occasionally while DxO works more reliably and you can just use the default settings in most cases. They have a free 30-day trial.

I use a 3-year old M1 Max MacBook Pro, DxO and Adobe Denoise take 18-20 seconds per RAW file on that system.
