2021 Finch Forecast

I was wondering what happened to the annual Winter Finch Forecast for winter 2021-2022? I think the database is down as the link doesn't work. But here is the person (Tyler Hoar) who took on the task of compiling from Ron Pittaway starting last fall. There is a YouTube video where the coming winter finch forecast is discussed.
