When you Google the subject you get a number of sites making recommendations like Top 10 without knowing if it really the best or not.  Any recommendations, whether free or not?  If a paid version is the best, I'll buy it.

It's a command line interface but EXIF tools is probably the most powerful but not at all easy to use.
BTW, with any of these programs, make sure you do it on a copy of the file in case you mess something up.
