Congratulations to Ron Day!

I have some exciting news to share. Ron's
Bluebird Sketch image won
Best in Show in the North American Nature Photography Association’s (NANPA’s) 2021 Showcase competition in the Altered Reality category. I know he has been working towards this for years, and I’m absolutely thrilled he has received the award. The panel of judges (Ellen Anon, George Lepp, and Kevin Schafer) made the selection, and there were over 3,750 entries.
Ron contributes so much to Naturescapes, not only with his wonderful photographs but also his amazing talents in the Photo and Digital Art gallery, not to mention his hard work in moderating in Birds and P&DA, but also commenting in all galleries! To top it all, he is a genuinely nice guy - and a pleasure to work with.
Congratulations, Ron! So well deserved!
