The next CPS levels Platinum and Cinema, service shipping is complementary.

Anyone here has shipped to Canon via the Gold CPS using the Canon generated shipping label?  Do you use the Canon generated shipping label (Purolator in Canada - not sure what courier in USA) or do you ship on your own?

When Canon covers all shipping costs at Platinum level, is it insured?

My gear is insured under my household insurance with key items itemized with their serial numbers. So if anything was lost in shipping, my home insurance would cover it, I have been assured by my insurance company.
