Hi,

There are two more casualties in the changing photography industry.

Photo District News (PDN) magazine closed after 40 years of publication.

Rangefinder magazine is going to digital only.

The publishing markets for photographers gets smaller every day.

Have Fun,
Jeff

If I am the typical print media consumer, I don't buy magazines or newspapers anymore.  Haven't for years now.  Infact, you know how at some eateries they have free copies of local papers sitting around - I don't even touch them.  I get all the news I need online for free on a bright screen which is also much easier to read.  As for content in magazines, can get it all online, again for free to read at my leisure.  Information about birds, places to travel to and whatever else, all free and plenty of info online.  Those bird guides, I hardly touch them these days.  I go online.  More info online.

Same here, all online and but I do miss anticipating receiving some of the publications. Also thinking back, it was more enjoyable but changes are inevitable.
