I got a new android phone. For two days I've tried to download the Ibird Pro for android. I asks me to sign in but I have never signed in or had an account. I have found nowhere to create an account so I could in. Their web site has no phone for help. It only has a FAQ page and this is no help. How do you folks with android equipment get Ibird Pro on your android phones?

I'm lost so I guess I'LL stick with my old Ipod and speaker.

Thanks

Are you going through the Play Store? You must have a Google acct. to sign in. You probably set one up when you set up your phone. It comes up right away when I open the Play Store.

I recommend using a Google Play gift card if you don’t want to share your credit card info.

Thanks Joe:
I use my debit card. Do they have a phone number? What is play store? I never heard of it. I have Ibird Pro on my Ipod but speaker is really weak Thus the new phone. When I bought Ibird Pro for the Ipod it was straight download. What changed?

Thanks

I just tried goggle Play-search for Ibird Pro- and up comes the same screen I've gotten for 2 days with ability to open an account. All it wants is for me to sign in when I don't have an account. Is Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Yosemite Sam running this operation?

Did you open a Google acct. when you set up the phone? It usually uses your email address and a password. The best thing I can recommend is to go to Best Buy or your service provider for direct personal help. The young people there will help you in a flash to get things going. If you are getting that message when you access the Play Store app on your phone, it’s likely that you didn’t set up a google acct. on your phone.

Larry, you must have a Google account. If you don't have one sign up for one and your problems will go away.
Google has to know who you are so when you go back you don't have to buy an app twice.

Sorry, I forgot to answer this. The Play Store is an app that is generally preloaded on android phones. It is the android equivalent of the App Store for apple.

The phone # is 1-855-466-4438 or 1-855-836-3987.
