Here’s a link to a schedule for the eclipse on Sunday that gives you a timeline for your area by typing in the location. It also has a simulator showing how it will look over the entirety of the eclipse.

And I'd say my location has over 250 mostly cloudy nights a year and it was perfectly clear on Sunday night.

Sometimes luck is involved more than anything else.
