Is there anyone out there who has used the Lens Align Mk II with the long board on a super telephoto?  I'd like to know if  the results are worth the $170 before I fork over that much cash.

It's the only ruler I would use. The short one is pretty useless IMHO, especially for slower lenses and long telephoto that need to be calibrated from far away.
