I am looking for a good app for my iPAD that will show me where the sun or moon will be at specific times for specific locations. Something not too complicated, user friendly but accurate.

Any suggestions?

I use LightTrac - there are many different apps that all do similar things.

I have been using LunaSolCal  for the past few years and am very happy with it. My favorite feature is an overlay of the vectors for sunrise/set and moonrise/set onto a map or satellite image of the location where I plan to shoot. It shows me exactly where the sun/moon will be in relation to landscape or cityscape features. For example, the image below shows that the sun will be rising right next to the pillar of the new San Franciso-Oakland Bay Bridge.
