Well, not really, there is a small section that you can't get to but there is still a lot of it that you can get to either from the north or the south, you just can't go all the way through and yes there are some closures which can make it inconvenient. That might make it a great time for photographers to go to the places that you can get to because you won't have the crowds that you normally have ;)
