I came across this goose yesterday in our area of Kingston, Ontario and have a couple of different comments on exactly what it is. See image and any info would be helpful.

Hard to say for certain, almost looks like a Blue Morph Snow Goose x Ross' Goose mix

There is also a blue morph Ross's Goose, which are fairly rare, but from the head shape, neck length, and size of this goose, it's not one. I agree with E.J. That this is either a blue morph Snow goose/white Ross's goose cross (most likely) or blue morph Ross's goose/white Snow goose cross. Really rare would be a blue morph Snow goose/blue morph Ross's goose cross.

Looks to me more like a cross between a Canada Goose and a Snow Goose.

I have had some other info sent to me that it is likely a Canada x Snow Goose Hybrid same as steve mentioned. All the same its an interesting bird to come across for sure.
