I might travel to the US next year and if possible I'd like to coincide my visit with a wildlife photography event. I know the Birding and Foto Fest in Daytona and that seems really nice, but are there other similar ones?

Thanks a lot

Are you looking for something organized or something that simply attracts many photographers? There are numerous natural events in the United States that attract photographers like bees to honey. For instance, the sandhill crane and snow goose migration through Bosque del Apache (New Mexico) in late November, bear, bears & more bears in Yellowstone in May, Fall colors in Jackson Hole (Wyoming) late September/early October.

Oi Octavio,
The birding and Photo Fest in St Augustine is a good one, it happens at the height of nesting season for egrets and herons. Lots of opportunities to meet people and take some pictures. I will be there. Let me know if you decide to come up, i would like to meet you.
Abracos,
Adams

Another vote for the birding fest. at St. Augustine; some of the top names here on NSN and in wildlifephotography give talks and workshops at this event for discounted fees.
