I needed information on boots for a trip to Antarctica. The person who helped me over the phone was extremely informative with first hand knowledge on what we would need. The price of the boots was better than any other on-line site or any of our local stores. We were facing a deadline as to getting the boots in time for our trip but the NSN shipped them the quickest way possible. There was a problem with one set of boots and NSN paid for the return shipping and refunded our money---without any hassle!!!!!
