We apologize if you are having problems signing in. With our latest website upgrades there have been some changes that may cause a sign in problem until cookies are cleared using the steps below.
  1. Navigate to Forums Home in the website navigation bar and click on the link Delete all board cookies located under the Browse Forums page title.
  2. Close all NatureScapes tabs/windows and exit the browser entirely.
  3. Open the browser and make sure it's not opening up any NatureScapes pages.
  4. Delete the NSN-specific cookies in your browser or, if you don't have an objection, delete all cookies. The NSN cookies have either or as part of their name. For help with deleting cookies in your browser please check out this helpful guide on
  5. Exit the browser again, reopen it, and try to sign in again.

I recently made a "sizeable" purchase with NatureScapes and I couldn't be happier with the services provided! I was shopping for a new Gitzo tripod, Wimberley head and several related accessories. One of the things that immediately caught my attention was that NatureScapes offered discount "bundle" pricing on the tripod+leg covers and the Wimberley head+cover that none of the other "big name (internet) stores" offered. NatureScapes also sells a custom-designed Gitzo “safety plate” which adds increased strength to the tripod head for supporting heavy lenses. The safety plate was “free” with the purchase of the tripod, so that was another benefit for me. NatureScapes provided lightning-quick responses to multiple email questions (both before, and after my purchase), and the owner of the company spoke to me, at length, on the telephone. Processing and delivery of the order was quick, convenient, and painless (I used PayPal) – with free shipping, no less! As a first-time customer, I am glad to say that it was an absolutely flawless transaction, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with NatureScapes again.

I cannot say enough good things about the Op/Tech Pro Strap I purchased a few weeks ago. I had a previous version of the Op/Tech strap on a different camera. The curve of the strap is what drew me to this one. Makes all the difference, especially if you are carrying a camera with a long tele lens.

  1. Sign into your store account. If you don’t have an account you may register. The store requires a separate registration from the forums.
  2. Shop for gear and add to your cart. Each product displays how much cash back you will receive (pictured right).
  3. Checkout while you’re signed into your account.
  4. After order has been processed, rewards appear in your account for future use.

How to Check Your Rewards

  1. Sign into your store account.
  2. At the bottom of the left column click the link under the “Your Rewards” section (A).
  3. From the rewards page you can view your total rewards and how much you’ve earned from each individual purchase (B).

How to Apply Your Rewards

  1. Sign into your store account and proceed to checkout with the items in your cart.
  2. On the checkout page to the right of the Shipping Method section you will see how much rewards you have available. To apply them to your purchase click the arrow button. Your discount will then be applied (B).

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be applied to past orders or used retroactively at any time. To earn rewards you must be logged into your account (not as a guest) when placing an order. Rewards do not expire and you may redeem them in any amount at any time with purchase. Rewards appear in your account after your purchase payment is processed.
