My pack is water resistant but I wanted better protection from rain. The card safe is bulkier than what I was using but the protection is worth it to me.

I looked high and low for a snow camo blind to use for baiting wolves in Alaska. The Ameristep Blind with the added feature of a snow camo coverup was just exactly what I was looking for. It works great and I've taken one large male wolf from it since I purchased it. It's easy to put up and quick to take down. I would recommend this equipment to anyone. A panel kit can easily be added to any NANUK case thanks to an integrated bezel system. Included in the waterproof panel kit is a contoured 3/16" thick polycarbonate panel with mounting screws and an adhesive backed die-cut waterproofing gasket.
