Thank you very much! I really was not expecting anything like that! What a nice touch. I read all the superb comments about your customer service on your web site but I read them with a grain of salt, I now see they are true.

I recently made a "sizeable" purchase with NatureScapes and I couldn't be happier with the services provided! I was shopping for a new Gitzo tripod, Wimberley head and several related accessories. One of the things that immediately caught my attention was that NatureScapes offered discount "bundle" pricing on the tripod+leg covers and the Wimberley head+cover that none of the other "big name (internet) stores" offered. NatureScapes also sells a custom-designed Gitzo “safety plate” which adds increased strength to the tripod head for supporting heavy lenses. The safety plate was “free” with the purchase of the tripod, so that was another benefit for me. NatureScapes provided lightning-quick responses to multiple email questions (both before, and after my purchase), and the owner of the company spoke to me, at length, on the telephone. Processing and delivery of the order was quick, convenient, and painless (I used PayPal) – with free shipping, no less! As a first-time customer, I am glad to say that it was an absolutely flawless transaction, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with NatureScapes again.

I do like the LensCoat Hoodie covers and Lens coats. They are great for protecting my lenses. My latest purchase was a Hoodie cover for Canon's 70 - 200 f2.8 lens. When the lens hood is attached, it is difficult to reach into the lens hood and take off the lens cap. With the hoodie, I can forget about the lens cap. The only drawback to the hoodie is that when I turn the lens hood around on the lens for putting it in my camera bag, the hoodie wants to slide off the lens hood. This is due to the bevel that is on the lens hood. I am thinking that a little piece of velcro on the lens hood and hoodie will take care of this minor problem.

Advantages: I don't have to fumble with taking off the lens hood to take the lens cap off anymore. I just use the hoodie to cover the glass.

Disadvantages: When the lens hood is reversed ont eh lens, the hoodie wants to slide off the hood due to the bevel on the hood.

The LensCoat Hoodie Cover is very simple and does the job it was made to do which is to cover and protect your lens glass.

Advantages: It is small (compared to the cover supplied with a Canon 600mm) and easy to store when not in use. It can be folded up and slipped into a large pocket for storage.

Disadvantages: When used with a LensCoat Cover on the lens hood, the cover tends to roll back as the Hoodie Cover is pulled on and it takes a little dexterity to get the Hoodie Cover onto a large lens like the Canon 600mm. Still, overall, it is more convenient than the standard Canon cover.

I bought these lens coat hoodies to replace my old op tech hood hats that did not have the ridgid reinforcement to protect the front lens element. I bought the 4xl to fit my 600mm with the lens hood and the 3xl to fit the 600mm without the lens hood (when I travel with the Kiboko bag). These hoodies fit snugly around the front lens element and protect it well.

Advantages: Stiff front lens element protection
Available in several colors which match other lens coat colors

Disadvantages: Size table is not clear on what size to buy if you are not using the hood
