I ordered a Nanuk case from the NSN store. I didn't know that the Nanuk cases are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and that they don't ship internationally. (I live in Japan.) Well, I received an email from Tara of NSN that read, "The Nanuk Cases are shipped directly from NANUK when we recieve an order, however, they do not ship internationally. So I will have them deliver the case to me. Once I receive it, I will ship your NANUK case and the Think Tank Cable Management altogether. This process will take about one week. Once it ships, I will get the Express Mail tracking number to you." This my friends is know as GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

A little while ago I was looking for a top of the line tripod and various attachments for my lenses, etc. The advice, suggestions and help in general I received from a staff member was excellent and made the purchase a very pleasant experience. Ernst Schneider

The new Jobu Pro2 gimbal is a serious improvement on the BWG-Pro. Jobu Design completely redesigned, developed, and tested countless versions of their swing-arm and internal components to reduce weight, improve stiffness and overall strength.

The new 100% CNC swing-arm is 400% stiffer in bending and twisting. Also now integrated is the quick release clamp saving valuable weight.

A great piece of work! I shoot several thousand images per weekend at dog agility trials - so I decided to replace my economy gimbal head with this one. One of the best photo purchases I've ever made.

Advantages: Very strong and smooth. The ball bearing horizontal plate is the main reason I went with the Jobu. Tightening down the friction knob slightly gives me a smooth pan, but holds the rig in place for pre-focusing and shooting. I use this currently with a Sigma 120-300 2.8OS. About 10 lbs with the camera. So, I could have gotten by with a smaller head - but I'm so glad I didn't.

Disadvantages: Larger, and a little heavier than the rest. But what would you expect? Worth the extra dollars, weight and size. Ian at Jobu told me it would be the last gimbal I would ever need. He was right.
