Testimonials
Yesterday, I placed my first order from the NSN store and I have to say that I am very impressed so far. Within literally an hour after my order, the order shipped out. I dont think that has ever happened with an on line order. So thank you for the very quick service and I am looking forward to receiving the toys! :)

Just wanted to send a note of how pleased I was to find the items I needed in the store, effortlessly and w/ all the information I needed. Prices were right in line, and some items even presented a nice savings when bought together, aka the Gitzo and leg covers! Nice! My Gitzo 3531S arrived today as well as a few other accessories that's been on my wishlist, all-well packed and quickly shipped! Keep up the great work NatureScapes store!! -- Jeri Ann

Lightweight:
Kiboko is the only bag of its class that is only four pounds. Camera gear is heavy enough, your bag shouldn't add to your load, but help you carry it more efficiently. The Kiboko 30L is made from high-tech Dimension Polyant VX-21 using sail cloth manufacturing processes, and their fabrics are commonly found on the fastest sail boats in the world. It's strength to weight ratios are what make these types of fabrics the material of choice for America's Cup race sails.

Durable:
High-tech materials weigh one-third the weight of materials found in competing bags but still offer superb durability to keep your gear well-protected. The outer materials are abrasion- and tear-resistant while the specially designed lightweight padding can handle the rough impacts associated with the handling and transport of gear in to remote regions or urban landscapes.

Comfortable:
Kiboko can be carried using our unique ergonomically-placed handles, on your shoulder, or as a backpack using our retractable highly-engineered harness system. Every detail has been thought of—down to our unique zipper design, which have zipper pulls that are easy-to-use even when using gloves in the winter.

Fully Functional:
Kiboko features a unique butterfly flap access system which allows you to easily get to multiple bodies, lenses, and all your photo accessories. The bag's interior is flexible and fully customizable to suit your individual needs. The harness systems fully retracts for loading in to airplanes or anywhere else the straps might get in the way. Because of our unique design and incorporation of high-tech materials, this bag can be used as a carry-on for domestic and international flights.

I like the 2 sides that open vertically. I put my landscape camera and all that belongs to it in 1 side of the bag, and my wildlife camera, etc. in the other, so that I only have to open 1 side at a time. It's more discreet that way.

Advantages: versatile, comfortable

Disadvantages: rather big for my 5'5" frame, but it holds all my gear and then some...

I have owned the original Kiboko for over 2 years. I use it to carry my 500mm F4 set up. Have traveled from my home in England to Kenya, Tanzania, California, Florida, Maine & Vermont and it has done it's job perfectly as far as I am concerned! I highly recommend this bag.

This bag is rubbish. Despite the very nice materials and high degree of craftsmanship, this bag is for show ponies. It is apparently made for air travel and doubles as a back pack. For both these activities, forget it. Loaded with gear it too big for carry on and offers zero protection as check in baggage. As a back pack it is even worse. If fully loaded it is just all over the place. Scrambling up hills and tromping through the bush is not a good feeling. Anyone who hikes a lot can tell a good pack and this not it. It is also meant to carry an awful lot of gear. It can do that, but it is so flimsy that once you fill it with gear you are literally damaging your equipment every time you pick it up. I work and live in conflict areas in africa & the middle east and endured this terrible bag for a year. When I finally got home last year I couldn't get rid of it fast enough. Anyone looking at a solution for a lot of air travel should get a hard case of some sort, check and forget. Grab any old back pack for daily hiking.

Advantages: High quality materials, nice stitching, the wank factor "I've got a Kiboko Bag" Look at me !!!

Disadvantages: Too big for carry on, too flimsy for check in, too unstable for hiking and all your gear just kinda mushes together when you pick it up fully loaded

In response to the question about attaching the trolley to the Kiboko, you can find a great forum discussing with pictures here: http://www.naturescapes.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=202439&start=20

Hope this helps!

love this bag

Advantages: roomy, good design, well made, can store more gear than any other bag I have. I will get much use from the Kiboko

Disadvantages: can't figure out how to secure the kata Tolley that I bought with this bag as a "combo"
