Earlier this year we purchased a Streetwalker and a Streetwalker Pro. My wife usually uses the Streetwalker whilst I use the Streetwalker pro.
I carry a Canon 5D mkii, Canon 70-200 F2.8L ISii, 14-40 F4L, Sigma 150mm F2.8 Macro, Canon 1.4x Teleconvertor, Filters in Clik Elite pouch, headlight, cloth etc.
I find the pack very comfortable to wear for extended periods and not too hot (We live in the Tropics of Northern Australia).
I like the hideaway waist strap which makes the pack very comfortable for longer walks.
Where the Pro stands out from the std Streetwalker is the depth of the pack, this allows me to stand my shorter lens, including the Sigma 150mm Macro, on end. The Canon 17-40 has the hood fitted and stands on end with ease. I still have room for another smaller lens such as a prime portrait lens such as a 85mm F1.4.
My wife like the depth of the Pro so she can carry her wallet on edge as apposed to carrying it laying down jammed against a lens!
The D rings on the sho...

Subsribe to our newsletter Testimonials I appreciate the added benefit of the buySafe Guarantee. Confident in the knowledge that I will suffer no loss in whatever case. This is especially comforting since I purchased a Gura Gear Kiboko Backpack the King of all backpacks. But I do thank you providing this protection to me at no additional expense. NatureScapes is the only online store I shop with that does offer this welcome guarantee.
A very satisfied customer!

Over time I have been on both sides of the Customer Service desk, and it always amazes me that companies today do not realize how important that contact is. Especially today where so much is done via the 'Net with no personal contact Customer Service is the only point of contact between the business and the customer. Whether that contact is via the phone or email, a small bit of courtesy and helpful attitude goes a long way. For me, and I consider myself an incredibly picky consumer, good customer service is one of the things that will keep me coming back to a merchant, and this exchange has simply reinforced that NatureScapes should always be my first choice.
Greg, great job with NatureScapes. I am going to take a guess that your entire organization displays the same customer-centric attitude that I see from Tara. That is apparent to me in the usability of your site and store front as well. I would highly recommend that as you have Tara as a part of your "training team" for any new Customer Service folks that you hire.
I have been thinking about a pair of the NEOS for quite a long time now, well
over a year, maybe even two. But I have never been able to see a pair "in
person" and I am often hesitant to purchase "blind", mainly due to concerns
over issues of support. This year when I saw your ad, and your excellent
pricing, I decided to go ahead and try, and not only have I been happy with the
product but I have also had the opportunity to experience a company that cares. Pretty darned special.
So often when I speak to someone regarding specific product information I am met with a simple reading of what is already on the web site. The fact that you went to the trouble of actually doing a measurement off the overshoe, along with just your general product knowledge, is just another example of what sets you folks apart. And I can see why you would take pride in that, as well you should.

G-LOCK: G-Lock is the new Gitzo leg locking system. The locking mechanism has been completely redesigned in order to achieve a 20% increase in rigidity, faster operation and stronger, safer locking. G-Lock's special design also provides a gravity lock effect: the higher the load applied vertically to the leg, the stronger the lock. SAFE-LOCK PLATE: With a new non-slip surface and a set screw for additional tripod head security.
OPTIONAL Leg covers and Pod Pads which protect your shoulder while carrying are available for this tripod model. Consider the Gitzo 5121 leveling base with this tripod for fast and easy horizontal alignment of your camera support. Some replacement parts for this tripod are available through the NatureScapes.Net store. Download the GT3531S tripod parts schematic (pdf) > Customer feedback

I purchased a Gitzo 3531S tripod from Naturescapes about a year ago for use with an EF500mm lens. It is a fantastic tripod and I couldn't be happier. (I also picked up the LegCoat covers and NSN safety plate as part of the "Combo" package offered by Naturescapes).
Advantages: Strong, stable, lightweight tripod. Super-easy to set up & tear down. Works great with an EF500mm + Wimberley head set-up. Folds up small enough to fit comfortably into a "standard-sized" suitcase Disadvantages: None -- exactly what I need.
