Testimonials
I just love ordering from Naturescapes. My last order was processed, shipped and arrived in record time. I have just placed another order and if I need anything this is the first place I look. The free shipping is a great selling point.

I appreciate the added benefit of the buySafe Guarantee. Confident in the knowledge that I will suffer no loss in whatever case. This is especially comforting since I purchased a Gura Gear Kiboko Backpack the King of all backpacks. But I do thank you providing this protection to me at no additional expense. NatureScapes is the only online store I shop with that does offer this welcome guarantee. A very satisfied customer!

Systematic is Gitzo’s top of the range tripod family, the choice of professional photographers who use long lenses and heavy cameras. Not only are Systematic Gitzo’s strongest and most stable tripods, they’re also modular, with a top casting element that opens and closes to allow each tripod to be configured with a flat disk, geared or sliding center column, video half-ball adapter, leveling unit or other specialized center component.

Now, Systematic has been refined, with significant improvements across strength,
stability and rigidity; safety and security; set-up speed, ease of use and ergonomics. New construction and bonding techniques have almost doubled maximum payloads by distributing weight more efficiently to the 6X carbon fiber legs, which also feature the G-Lock system for greater power and ease of leg section locking.

In addition, design details on the distinctive new triangular top casting make changing center components even faster and safer.

HookThis built-in accessory allows you to hang a stabilizing weight (e.g. a full camera bag or a sand/water bag) from the bottom of the tripod centre column. Useful with long/heavy lenses, on uneven ground or in windy conditions.
Leg EndsAll tripods and monopods in Series 1 and above are provided with removable rubber feet. This feature allows you to easily change worn out rubber feet or to fit other accessories, such as spiked feet or snow/sand shoes. (4 sections tripods in Series 1 are excluded because the final leg section is too narrow to fit these ends).

ALRGitzo has introduced a new Anti Leg Rotation system, which means the tripod can be opened in less than 15 seconds. Simply loosen all the twist locks on each leg at the same time, then pull the leg down and tighten the locks individually.
Ratchet Locking LeverAllows you to easily and securely engage and disengage the top plate or other systematic accessories.

Very satisfied. I've had a 1400's model aluminum gitzo for over 20 years so the difference in weight and the ability to easily handle a Leica 400 mm lens is a pleasant advantage.

Advantages: Lighter weight than aluminum plus the easy to use leg locks. Also I was pleasantly surprised that the tripod came complete with three (including included spikes) types of leg accessories.

Disadvantages: Cost
