I bought these to go over my hiking boots. They were easy to put on and I can see where they could be very handy. They are pretty noisy when you walk. The fabric makes a lot of noise. I haven't tried them out, so I can't speak to how dry they keep your shoes/boots

These plates attach to the Delkin Universal Dual Charger to allow you to charge TWO different digital camera batteries simultaneously. You could charge your BP-511 DSLR battery while your point and shoot battery charges on the same charger at the same time, or charge your flash unit's AA's while your camera battery charges on the other side - all on one device! With these interchangeable battery-specific charging plates, the charging possibilities are endless.
