Tired of the slow charge from the Nikon charger, and equally tired of carrying multiple chargers since my G9, D300 and D800 all use different batteries. Love the faster charging rate, the fact it turns off when done, and the idea of one charger with a set of plates for each battery is more compact. Also, I can charge two different batteries at a time. This is a real winner.

CP-61 Custom Replacement Foot for Canon 600 f4 IS Lens

With an integrated double dovetail Arca-Swiss style plate, this replacement foot weighs only 3 ounces and can save you up to .75 pounds compared to the original Canon lens foot paired with a lens plate. You'll appreciate this weight reduction while carrying your lens or packing for travel.

The foot's closer mount also saves space when packing, yet leaves enough room gimbal to use the lens foot as a handle. The closer mount and slight offset also provide an increase in rotational stability and improved balance for ball heads and action heads.

Wrench for foot removal plus wrench and stop screws for the replacement foot are provided.

I slipped, fell and dropped my Mark iv with 600mm lens attached. All hit the ground hard. The only damage was a slightly bent remplacement foot. I had to reorder.

Advantages: Allows for attachment of the Canon 600mm to the Whimberly head II.

Disadvantages: The latest CP-61 only has two holes for the "stops" while the older version had at least four. It would be beneficial for the manufacturer to include the additional holes in future designs. Allowed for greater lens control should the foot not be tightly attached.
