I just wanted to say thank you to Tara for some excellent customer service with my recent purchase. I needed a new camera pack and she was very helpful with going through the specs on the two I was looking at. Since I could not decide which one to get 8) she shipped both out for me to check out and said I could just send one back no problem. The order shipped about an hour after I placed it. Shipping Terms
Our Inventory:

NatureScapes.net owns and manages our own inventory and our stock numbers are monitored on a daily basis by our own staff. We have a proprietary state of the art system in place to ensure that our shelves are well stocked and that our online store reflects the stock numbers as accurately as possible. Except in rare cases, or where otherwise noted, if you can add an item to your cart it means we have it in stock in our warehouse and ready to ship to you according to our terms below. We make every effort to ship orders the same day if your order is placed by 2:30PM Eastern Standard Time.
Shipping Accuracy:

NatureScapes has processed tens of thousands of online orders and we have a triple redundancy check in place for each order that is processed and we strive for the utmost accuracy. All orders are packed and shipped from our state of the art shipping and warehousing system which ensures greater accuracy and eliminates human errors. In 2010 we had a total of 3 errors after thousands of orders.
Shipping and Handling:

When you place your order, you have the option to ship your products by either United States Postal Service® (USPS®) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Real-time shipping and handling charges will show in your shopping cart once you provide shipping address information.

Most orders of in stock merchandise will ship the same day if ordered by 2:30PM Eastern Standard Time. Express orders placed by 2:30PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day. Otherwise every effort will be made to ship all orders within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the order.

"Free Standard Shipping" orders will ship via the least expensive available method. For orders under 1 pound this is generally USPS First Class.

"Free 3-Day Shipping" orders will ship using the method of our choice, depending on your location and proximity to our warehouse, in order to ensure that the order is delivered to you within 3 business days after the order is processed.
If you have a preferred method of shipment you may indicate that in your order notes or call us. Depending on your location and proximity to our warehouse we may use any of the following services: UPS 3-day select, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.
International Orders:

International orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. International delivery times will vary depending on the location and shipping method used. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.

You assume full responsibility for all international shipments once we put your order in the hands of the shipper including but not limited to all duties, taxes, and export requirements as well as for shipping, customs or other delays beyond NatureScapes' control. Please do not ask us to declare your purchase as a gift to avoid customs and duty charges.

Refusal of International Shipments:

If you refuse a shipment due to high customs costs the resulting return shipping and any other related costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for refused merchandise will not be issued until the merchandise has been successfully returned to us in salable condition.
