We apologize if you are having problems signing in. With our latest website upgrades there have been some changes that may cause a sign in problem until cookies are cleared using the steps below.
  1. Navigate to Forums Home in the website navigation bar and click on the link Delete all board cookies located under the Browse Forums page title.
  2. Close all NatureScapes tabs/windows and exit the browser entirely.
  3. Open the browser and make sure it's not opening up any NatureScapes pages.
  4. Delete the NSN-specific cookies in your browser or, if you don't have an objection, delete all cookies. The NSN cookies have either .naturescapes.net or .www.naturescapes.net as part of their name.   5. Exit the browser again, reopen it, and try to sign in again.

Order Cancellations, Returns and Refunds:

You may cancel any order placed on the Online Store BEFORE shipment by contacting us using our contact form or by calling during business hours. Please provide your original order number when contacting us. Orders may not be canceled once placed in the hands of the shipper. Please call or use our contact form for an RMA for all returned merchandise and refer to your original order invoice number or shipping reference number when contacting us.

We are in the business of making our customers feel happy and confident purchasing from us. If you're not satisfied we're not doing our job!
Returning Defective Items:

If the return is the result of our error or you received a defective item NatureScapes will pay for shipping both ways and, in most cases, we will ship any in stock item replacement immediately, along with a call tag to return the defective item.
Returning Non-Defective Items:

If you are, for any reason, dissatisfied with your Online Store purchase, you can return the merchandise to us (shipping charges will apply) for a refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping costs); provided that we receive the merchandise in new condition, with all original packaging and documentation, and within thirty (30) days of the date you purchased the product. Items returned for credit that were initially shipped via Free Standard Shipping will have the actual cost of the initial shipment deducted from the credit or exchange value of the original item being returned. Customers are also responsible for paying for return shipping and are required to provide tracking information as well as call for an RMA prior to returning an item for credit or replacement. Special ordered items are not returnable unless they are delivered defective or damaged during shipment in which case we will replace the item at no charge. If a situation arises that falls outside of what is outlined above we can act as a liaison for any warranty issues, repairs or other issues.
