Postby bretedge on Sun Jan 03, 2010 12:17 am

I just published a new blog post titled, "Social Media Marketing: It's Not The Boogeyman". You can read the post here: http://bretedge.wordpress.com/2010/01/02/social-media-marketing-its-not-the-boogeyman/. It's the first in a series I'm writing about developing a social media marketing campaign to grow your photography business. I hope you find it useful and I encourage your feedback.

Bret,

It looks like a good start to an interesting series of articles. I am also starting to dive into social media marketing and look forward to reading your future posts.

Nice article Bret. I do find all italics kind of hard to read however, just my own old eyes perhaps.

cheers

Thanks, Peter. I haven't yet figured out how to just make the text small so I'm having to improvise w/ italics. I don't like the way it looks but it is what I'm stuck with for now. Sorry 'bout that!

Unless I missed it...you have no clear examples of anyone ever having any success marketing in this fashion. Buy success I mean selling hundreds of units of anything. What is it that suggests to you that social media marketing is not a tremendous waist of time when compared to traditional marketing avenues?
