The action happened pretty fast here, and my reaction wasn't quite fast enough for a razor-sharp result, but I thought it still worth showing for the motif.

"Nasty, brutish and short" is probably an apt description of the life of a vole ...

The harrier, who in this case had gravity on his side. And earlier in the day I saw the same thing happen from way too far away to shoot and the harrier won that one too.
