Poppies Field

I took this photo in a poppy field just at sunrise. When I arrived at this place, I found a little bit of fog over the ground. I opened the tripod very close to the ground at the same level as the poppies just when the sun rose over the mountains. Due to the light difference I used 2 NDG filters over the sky to level the exposure. Canon EOS 20D, Canon 17-40mm, 1/20s @ f/9, iso 100, tripod.

About the Photographer

I was born in Teruel, Spain and currently work in the city of Barcelona as a software engineer. I began photographing years ago and have used a number of cameras from an old Yashica to the Canon EOS 20D.
