Hi all...

The one advantage of being stuck to my desk these last few months is the view from my home office window. The 5500m Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

The ever-changing light, shadow and atmospheric conditions make it my very own reality tv show.

Over the last few weeks I have been putting together an article for my Language of Light Series, which I published today - The Light Fantastic

Watching this morning light unfold with a cup of coffee in my hand and checking the inbox makes working from home a real joy....

Quickly worked in LR4

This is yet another fantastic photo, Alister. Thank you for sharing, and also thank you for the link to your "The Light Fantastic". Your examples of variability of light and conditions were on the money. I suspect that, given enough time, we all discover our own Yulong Xue Shans. Very likely not as spectacular as yours, of course. :D

Appreciate the feedback Tom... Not a cloud in the sky this dawn, as I write this. Another subtle look at our little piece of Shangri La.... cheers,

Alister

Alister, with scenes like that "in your face" while attempting to work, you have to have significant willpower!

I enjoyed reading The Light Fantastic.
