I need to add something wider than the 24-70 that I have. Any thoughts?

Loxia 21mm. Waiting for more on those Voigtlanders though, looking like nice small lenses if I need 15mm.

Until then the Loxia 21mm will cover me, it is sharp to the corners and very, very small (about the same size as the sony 28mm/2)... heavier but well built. Looking forward to some serious landscapes.

Do not think there is any other choice for now anyway ;)

As Nellyb said, the Loxia 21 is the only option at the moment and it's fantastic. Voigtlander will be shipping a 15mm f/4.5 in a month or so and a 12mm and 10mm later in the spring/summer. There will be other announcements coming as we get closer to late summer/fall.

There are also indication that a Batis 18 mm will be announced in April. Availability is of course a different matter...

If you can wait six months (from announced shipping date) then there maybe another Zeiss coming. But if you want to take pictures and quit fretting of what might be then for now the 21mm will have to do ;-)

Yes, I purposely did not mention the rumored Batis 18mm because A. it's just a rumor, and B. announcement to actually being able to get one could be measured in years. ;)

Thanks for the input,I have considered the Zeiss 16-35 but would prefer a prime.
