Does anyone know if Flash lock will work correctly if you are using Group Focus rather than Single focus point on the Nikon D750 with a SB800 flash in TTL mode?

I have assigned the AE_L/AF-L button to Flash Lock as there is no dedicated Flash lock button on the D750.

This would be for shooting in event type settings.
