Varied Dusky Blue Candalides hyacinthia
Another yard butterfly a bit bigger than the blue posted yesterday, this one is an occasional visitor, attracted perhaps by the larval food plant Cassytha sp (common name is dodder) a parasitic leafless vine. I believe the Cassytha in our yard is introduced but still may attract these butterflies. With the Canon system this time and flash as main light.
