Minolta 200mm macro
ISO 200, 1/80 @ f16

This is another image of the same flower from my previous post only taken a day or two later. Late day sun backlit the petals with a dark shaded BG. I have close to a bazillion BoP images so its fun to share some of my favorites. All comments welcome. >=))>

Hi

I like the use the light and the composition is certainly strong and combines well with the light direction - a fine image

No real suggestions for you other than trying for a loser look with a smaller flower size within the image, allowing the lighting to make more of an impression, but that's a different shot really

The light is excellent and so is the DOF, impressive in a angled view.
