Female damselfly Austrolestes psyche ?

Not 100% sure of the ID but looks like the Cup Ringtail.  Taken with the new camera I got to use in an underwater housing, it does a reasonable job of shots of larger insects that will withstand an ultra close approach with lens I have for it.  The lens was about 50mm from the damsel for this shot.  Handheld.

Olympus OM-D E-M5 II + 12-40 f2.8 @ 40mm.

1/200 @ f5 ISO400.

Hi

Love the pose - most of the fellows I see adopt a downward pose, so that a big plus factor for this shot imo. And a shot nicely executed and looking good

Hope you enjoy you new bit of kit

All the best
Matthew

What Matthew said - the pose is wonderful and quite unusual for a damselfy. Love the detail.
