A butterfly from Costa Rica, but one you also see in butterfly houses. Pretty butterfly, wish it had picked a better perch.

Nice shot Tom, good looking butterfly, some species seem to love ordinary looking perches, this one's not bad IMO

I actually like this perch...it's different and compliments the background really well.   Overall a very pleasing image.
